About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative task management and operational efficiency solution to store owners in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct on-the-ground sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer visits.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
  3. Understand the unique needs and challenges of each business and present tailored solutions.
  4. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our product through effective presentations.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  6. Provide timely and accurate information to the sales management team.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in promotional events.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the technology/software industry.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  4. Familiarity with task management solutions or related software is a plus.
  5. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  6. Knowledge of the local business landscape in Bangalore.
  7. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  8. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  9. Experience working with chain businesses like marts, hotels, restaurants etc is big plus

Working Conditions:

Field-based: Approximately 70% of the job requires travel and in-person visits to client locations.
Office-based: The remaining 30% involves office tasks, such as reporting, planning, and collaboration.
