We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative task management and operational efficiency solution to store owners in Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-ground sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each business and present tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our product through effective presentations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in promotional events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the technology/software industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with task management solutions or related software is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Bangalore.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Experience working with chain businesses like marts, hotels, restaurants etc is big plus
Working Conditions:
Field-based: Approximately 70% of the job requires travel and in-person visits to client locations.
Office-based: The remaining 30% involves office tasks, such as reporting, planning, and collaboration.
