We are a global fintech platform and graduates of the Founders Institute accelerator. We have completed our MVP, a multi-vendor platform, an 18-month pilot, and are about to officially launch in a few weeks.
We are preparing to grow quickly over the next few months and need a marketer who can help us in collaboration with other members of the team, to build, and execute a strategy that starts in one country but will span multiple countries and multiple languages.
This is an opportunity to come in on the ground floor and grow with us.
As a team member, your role involves developing, implementing, and managing creative marketing campaigns promoting our product and services, and building and enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers are priority.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies that align with our business goals
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Create and execute events
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
• Familarity with affiliate marketing is a plus
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in the marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Proficient in marketing automation tools
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
