Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a performance management framework that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Conduct end -to-end bi-annually performance review for employees with the help of managers and provide developmental feedback to employees.
- Identify and address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to establish goals for employees, aligning them with the company's objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure employee performance, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and performance improvement discussions like one on ones, identifying training and development needs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward exceptional employee performance, fostering a culture of achievement and motivation.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing overall organizational performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance management or a similar role in a performance marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and foster positive working relationships.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with performance management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
