Looking for Growth Engineers who can work with the merchants (US based brands) to set-up Loop.
We are signing a lot of big brands and looking for people who can help them onboard on Loop. Till now, most of our growth has been referrals and driven by existing merchants so we are obsessed with merchant experience. We are looking for someone who is high on customer emphathy!!
You would be part of a very small team working with merchants, founders, product and sales to own seamless merchant onboarding .
- We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in client-facing team, who has good communication skills, stakeholder management & comfortable with excel.
- While this role doesn't require hand-on coding, this does require good understanding of technology.
- This role involves engaging with merchants / agencies on a daily basis so someone who likes speaking with people and has solution oriented mind-set would naturally enojoy this role.
- Someone who is diligent, hustler and gets high on growth hacks :)
Past experience in SaaS would be preferred but defintily not mandatory for the right person.
Product - we are subscription management platform for e-commerce brands, focussed on US market. As e-commerce is maturing, customers are looking for convenient ways of ordering & discovering products and that is where we come.
Think of us as "Subscriptions for Stripe" - plug and play solution to offer monthly subscriptions for coffee, pet food, beauty boxes, t-shirts, health supplements.......
*This role is based out of Gurgaon (Hybrid) and work-timings are US shifts - 3PM - 1AM IST *
