About the job
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Intern role located in Gurgaon, India at Publiq Studio. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for providing support to customers, run live demos ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone and chat etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer service and experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Excellent phone and chat etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with common social media platforms and ORM
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Stipend: INR 10-15K per month as per evaluation
Tenure: Flexible, 2 months to 6 months depending on performance
