Job Overview:

We’re looking for energetic, tech-savvy freshers to join our growing team as Customer Support Specialists! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with product questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a smooth, positive experience. What You'll Do:

  • Be the superhero customers rely on by answering their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Learn how to handle a ticketing system and manage customer queries from start to finish.

  • Create support tickets for more complex issues and escalate them to the right teams.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their tickets, making sure they feel heard and valued.

  • Collaborate with other teams (like technical support, product, and sales) to find the best solutions for our customers.
