Community Manager Intern

About us: Zapit aims to be a multi-platform single app solution for universal payments using blockchain technology. Our goal is to spread economic freedom by pushing the boundaries of p2p payments by introducing non-custodial decentralised financial services.

We are looking to build smart contracts that can be deployed for real world use cases such as insurances, loans and other useful decentralised financial products. We are also working towards building an economy where concepts like company shares, gift cards, discount coupons, loyalty points and more can be tokenised including NFTs in the form of art, music, gaming items, event tickets, design concepts and more.

You are required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop content plans.
• Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.
• Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
• Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
• Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
• Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
• Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram platforms
• Great writing and communication skills
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online & offline marketing
• Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
• Superb time management skills.
