• Create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to drive decisions and optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and relevant content strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1.5-3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
