Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FMCG Growth Consultant to join our company on a commission basis.
The ideal candidate will have a good network of contacts within the FMCG industry and preferably prior experience working in the industry. This is a commission-based role, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position after a successful 3-month trial period.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective growth strategies to expand our business within the FMCG industry.
Use your existing network of contacts to identify and develop relationships with potential clients within the FMCG industry.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and close deals.
Use your knowledge of the FMCG industry to provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our business remains competitive.
Provide regular reports on growth metrics and progress towards business objectives.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements :
Proven track record of successfully growing businesses within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends and developments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with CRM tools and other growth-related software.
Bachelor's degree/P.G in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Salary and Benefits :
Commission Rate: The commission rate will be based on the value of new business brought in. The commission rate will be 10% of the net revenue generated from new clients brought in by the Growth Consultant. Net revenue is defined as the total revenue generated from the new client, minus any direct expenses incurred to provide the service or product.
Calculation of Commission: The commission will be calculated and paid out on a monthly basis. The Growth Consultant will submit a report detailing the new clients brought in, the net revenue generated from each client, and any direct expenses incurred to provide the service or product. The commission will then be calculated as 10% of the net revenue generated from each new client, minus any direct expenses incurred. The total commission due will be paid out to the Growth Consultant within 30 days of the end of the month.
Performance Bonuses: In addition to the commission, the Growth Consultant may be eligible for performance bonuses based on meeting or exceeding certain growth targets. Performance targets will be agreed upon in advance and will be based on factors such as the number of new clients brought in, the net revenue generated, and other key performance indicators. The performance bonus will be paid out at the end of the quarter.
Conversion to Full-Time: If the Growth Consultant is successful in bringing in new business and both parties are happy after the 3-month trial period, the Growth Consultant will be offered a full-time position with a base salary and other benefits.
