Your Mission @ RentOk

Understand rental property owners' business situations and problems, zoom in on their needs and tell them relevant stories to explain how RentOk's technology will make their life easy.

Your storytelling, communication skills and personal warmth with people will make owners trust to digitise their business with RentOk. Onboard their property rental business through a personalised demo call on phone call or Google meet.

Your Role as a Outbound Telecaller

1. Engage with potential leads over the phone
2. Pitch and collect relevant information to qualify the lead
3. Understand rental owner's problems with empathy and make a note of their needs
4. Pitch how RentOk's solutions solve their pain points by acting as a consultant
5. Assist users in onboarding their property, tenant & dues data on RentOk App
6. Identify opportunities to upsell the advanced features to the existing users
7. Build a portfolio of property owners and close sales deals to achieve your monthly targets
8. Act as a SPOC for owners in your portfolio in case they face any product or business issue
9. Work with other teams to improve the product and business processes
10. Manage follow-ups and user satisfaction with urgency.
