For us, Culture is simply the way EazyPG team achieve the promised results, interact with each other and our users and have fun while growing in their personal & professional life. It's basically two things: 1. EazyPG's Values - The way we behave, work and take decisions. We have codified it into - RICHER Responsibilty We take responsibility and hold ourselves accountable for the results we promise, the decisions we make, and the resources we handle in EazyPG. Iteration We do the smallest thing possible, bring it out to users as quickly as possible, and then ship an even better version after integrating the received feedback. Collaboration We share our learnings, skills, and resources to achieve better and faster results for our users. Our goals are shared but our insights and abilities are unique. High Agency We find a way to get what we want, without waiting for conditions to be perfect or blaming the external situation. We either push through the adverse conditions or reverse them to achieve our results. Egoless We don't make decisions or take actions driven by our ego but to bring positive results for our users and ourselves. Results We achieve what we have thoughtfully promised ourselves, our customers, users, and investors in the limited resources and time we have. 2. Every team member's IKIGAI - You believe renting can and must be made simple - You believe you have a skill that's valuable to our mission of making renting simple. Your skill could be anything - coding, product building, designing, marketing, sales, communication, talking non stop or producing 10 wierd ideas every day. - You love this skill of yours. You get that wierd kick when you use this skill to solve a hard problem. You enjoy every chance of going deep into your skill to solve a challenging problem. It's more fun; less work for you. - You know you are really really good at this skill of yours and can give most people a run for their money when working with you.
