Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Website Manager with strong expertise in Wix, WordPress, and SEO. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of 20+ websites, ensuring they are updated weekly and optimized for SEO. This role involves website creation, maintenance, and SEO strategy execution. You must be able to work with advanced Wix functionalities and plugins, and have basic HTML skills to enhance the customization of websites.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain websites on Wix and WordPress based on documents provided.
2. Perform regular website updates (weekly) across a portfolio of 20+ sites.
3. Implement and optimize SEO strategies for each website.
4. Collaborate with team members to secure high-quality backlinks via press releases and external blog contributions.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent blog post submissions and content creation.
6. Utilize advanced Wix functionalities, including HTML for customization and complex plugins like Wix Hotel, CMS, and CRM, to enhance website features.
7. Ensure website performance, including loading speeds and mobile responsiveness, is optimized.
8. Incorporate advanced web design effects like parallax scrolling, animations, and basic 3D elements.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to the websites.
10. Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience working with Wix (including advanced options with HTML) and WordPress.
2. Strong SEO skills with a track record of improving site rankings.
3. Experience with complex plugins like Wix Hotel, CMS, and CRM.
4. Knowledge of web design, including effects like parallax scrolling and animations.
5. Basic HTML skills for advanced customization within Wix.
6. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and push for content creation.
7. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Fast and efficient work style with attention to detail.
