We are making renting simple...

Using RentOk, owners can find tenants, complete their verification, send automated reminders, collect rent, complete accounting & taxation, buy property insurance, and manage their property remotely from their smartphones.

How did we start? What have we achieved?

Being unhappy tenants in their school & college life, Srijan & Nimit built a 2 Cr/250 beds Co-Living business in college. Seeing the struggles of untimely rent collection and inefficient rental problems, they launched an MVP in 2020. Since then, we have scaled to over 12,000 properties and 180,000 tenants across India. We collect over 50 Cr in monthly rent and add 15000 new tenants on RentOk every month

Backed by India Quotient, Quona Capital, iSeed, FirstCheque, GSF, and other prominent investors, now we are looking for core team members to join our mission of making renting simple for everyone.
