Cloudra.ai is looking for results-driven Business Management Executives/Managers. Currently, we are looking for 2+ years of experience candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the USA. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with US customers is essential.
Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell Clodura’s product platform & Solutions and its benefits to existing and prospective customers
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Diligently follows up with all leads to drive new business.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
• Excellent verbal English communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
• US shift timings for 8 hrs either 4.30 pm to 12.20 am or 6.30 pm to 2.30 am
