The Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to expand our reach within the hotel industry. Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential hotel clients through online platforms, networking, and industry events.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals, securing new hotel partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with hotel decision-makers to foster long-term client satisfaction.
- Track sales activity and pipeline, providing regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success.
- Persuasive and negotiation-savvy, with a focus on closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
