As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team with the opportunity to advance and lead the sales organization.
Job Description:
As a Head of Business Development at Sukhi, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our employee wellbeing services within a startup environment. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, introduce them to Sukhi's employee wellbeing offerings, and convert leads into satisfied customers. We are particularly seeking candidates with experience selling into benefit brokers, corporate HR, EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and target potential clients and businesses interested in enhancing employee wellbeing, specifically within benefit brokers, corporate HR, EAP, and insurance sectors.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Sukhi's employee wellbeing services, including the on-demand digital platform and live workshops from experts.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Present Sukhi's employee wellbeing services effectively, addressing the unique needs and challenges of each prospect within the specified sectors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on selling into benefit brokers, corporate HR, EAP, and insurance sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of adaptability.

Compensation: This role will be commission-based, and the successful candidate will be offered 20% commission for every sale, in addition to equity ownership in the company.
