Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller)

Native English Level (written and verbal) is required. Please don't apply if you are not fluent in English.

• We are looking for a full time Sales Development Representative located in South America to make phone calls for our clients and schedule meetings based on our clients’ ideal customer profile (ICP).
• You will be responsible for following cold calls scripts in order to set up these meetings.
• Highly organized person who is responsible and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication internally with our team as well as with our clients.
• You will have daily/weekly KPIs that you will need to hit.
• While we don't track your time, we expect you to be working fulltime and during the CST or EST time zone.
• Willing to make a high number of phone calls daily. This is the core part of your job.
• There is room for growth at the company. We have another position that pay a bit better and if you perform well, we will likely promote you.
• The position has a $1500 USD monthly salary and with commissions you should expect to be making roughly $2100-$2300 USD per month.
