About the Role

The Customer Care Specialist is at the heart of our operations at The Pant Project. Right from the first order placed to the tenth, you will be the face of the company that the customer will know. We are looking for ones with a 'service' mindset along with a passion for sales. Interest and enthusiasm for fashion are a plus.

Job Description

  • Managing the end-to-end journey of a customer from order placement to fulfilment to post-sale service
  • Servicing inbound inquiries through the website, email, and social media channels
  • Documenting necessary customer service information along with insights on customer behavior and preferences
  • Liaising with other departments such as logistics and operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Contributing with ideas and suggestions on continuously improving the overall efficiency of various departments for customer satisfaction
  • Perform tasks of service, responding to issues, collection of feedback, and upselling to a satisfied customer in a fast-paced environment through several channels of communication - phone, email and chat

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front end sales, customer service, or retail experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely with the customer across all channels of communication
  • High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-growing startup
  • Must have a collaborative working style and must work well in a team environment with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and systems
  • Knowledge of Excel and past experience of working with customercare business tools is a plus.
  • Must have values of empathy, integrity and an ambition to work for a growing organization**

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
