We need a friendly and patient Customer Support Executive to help our customers understand our ERP software, especially in areas like accounts and GST.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
🎓 Customer Training: Guide customers on using our software, focusing on accounts and GST.
📞 Phone Support: Handle calls, listen carefully, and provide clear, helpful responses.
🔧 Problem Solving: Find information, use internal resources, or escalate issues to resolve customer queries.
📍 Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
🔖 Experience: Upto 3 years (Freshers having good knowledge of Accounting and GST are also accepted)
🎓 Education: Commerce Graduate (e.g., BCom, BAF, BMS)
