As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients facing technical issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues over the phone, via email, and through remote desktop software
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed
- Document all customer interactions in the form of written reports and trouble tickets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and concerns
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Thorough understanding of Linux and Networking.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of VoIP basics.
