As one of our first Customer Success Specialist, you'll be helping shape our sales & marketing culture here at Skillinabox. Working closely with the founders and the board, you will be directly responsible to lead our GTM strategies. A "Beacon Role" to shape our growth in all dimensions.
*Why Customer Success Specialist? *
Bridging the gap between Sales & Marketing, A Customer Success Specialist is a core role at Skillinabox who would be helping us launch our products and simultaneously build a team around them thus succeeding to a "Customer Success Manager" in the next 6-10 months. A specialist is what we call as a "Transient Role" between an Exec and a manager.

Key responsibiities areas are mentioned below -
- Sales target projections
- Run/design campaigns across platforms
- Lead Gen through platforms
- Scheduling lead process from start to finish
- Distribution of Lead with respect to hot/warm/cold to counsellors
- Schedule & conduct product demos for leads
- Pitching & closing of leads
- Training & development of inbound counsellors
- Team creation
Who we are looking for?
- Minimum 1.5+ Years of experience in sales/marketing/business development preferably in a D2C segment
- Solid experience in handling D2C clients and product pitching
- Hands on experience in creating, testing & rolling out campaigns.
- Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth
