About the job

As one of our first Customer Success Specialist, you'll be helping shape our sales & marketing culture here at Skillinabox. Working closely with the founders and the board, you will be directly responsible to lead our GTM strategies. A "Beacon Role" to shape our growth in all dimensions.

*Why Customer Success Specialist? *

Bridging the gap between Sales & Marketing, A Customer Success Specialist is a core role at Skillinabox who would be helping us launch our products and simultaneously build a team around them thus succeeding to a "Customer Success Manager" in the next 6-10 months. A specialist is what we call as a "Transient Role" between an Exec and a manager.

Key responsibiities areas are mentioned below -

  1. Sales target projections
  2. Run/design campaigns across platforms
  3. Lead Gen through platforms
  4. Scheduling lead process from start to finish
  5. Distribution of Lead with respect to hot/warm/cold to counsellors
  6. Schedule & conduct product demos for leads
  7. Pitching & closing of leads
  8. Training & development of inbound counsellors
  9. Team creation

Who we are looking for?

  1. Minimum 1.5+ Years of experience in sales/marketing/business development preferably in a D2C segment
  2. Solid experience in handling D2C clients and product pitching
  3. Hands on experience in creating, testing & rolling out campaigns.
  4. Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth

Who we are not looking for -

  1. Anyone looking for a part-time stint
  2. If you cannot accept your weakness and work on them
  3. Not willing to learn
  4. If education & skilling arent your go to field of work
  5. Impact creation is something you would not want to work for
  6. Has issues with working hours
  7. Not willing to call the team at 2am when a crazy eccentric idea crosses your head - Yes we want you to be supremely active
