Technical Writer

Job Description

• Gather information on new releases or changes to the existing products by connecting with the engineers.
• Discuss and align the documentation requests and requirements with development team.
• Organize and manage the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Write and edit technical content for product documentation.
• Apply standard design and style to existing documentation to ensure consistent look and feel across the documentation library.
• Edit, format, and update product documents. Manage project needs in terms of custom product and technical documentation.
• Participate in release planning including writing, editing, publication and distribution of documents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical writing.
• Experience in creating software documentation with excellent hold on English grammar.
• Experience in the blockchain and digital asset industry is preferred.
• Start up experience is a plus.
