Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, preferable in Commerce
• 0-3 yrs of experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

Skills

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Own and develop relationship with clients and customers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role & Responsibilities Requirements
You will be responsible for setting the strategy and defining the market angle of products for the company and its clients. You may also be responsible for client communication and coordinating with other members of the team and the company's clients. You will need to understand client requirements, the product’s components and it’s impact on the market.
