Business Development Manager

Role:

Scalenut is looking to hire a Business Development Manager. The person would be a part of the core leadership team of Scalenut and would work directly with the founders. It’s an opportunity to build a large global brand for professional services and completely redefine how work is done today.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end development for 1 category
• Own the P&L of the category
• Drive and build the supply pool of the category - identify, vet and onboard
• Build processes for the smooth running of the operations
• Ensure the quality is top-notch, continuous improvement for quality
• Maintain a healthy gross margin for the category

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Entrepreneurial and self-driven
• Zeel to learn and implement things
• Process creation and management
• Passion about building new businesses
• Experience in a startup is a plus

Education and Experience

• Tier 1 / 2 college (with or without MBA)
• Background of category management, operations would be a plus
• 1-3 years of experience
