About the job

Business Context
Udaan Capital makes credit available to SME’s both on and off the udaan.com platform through its various product
offerings. One such product called TimePay helps businesses manage their collections process and receive payments
faster. It serves as a way to engage MSME clients - in their collections and payment flows and potentially tap them for
financing.

Role Context
The role holder would front-end the sales effort for TimePay & related products amongst its customer segment.
Product: Timepay
Customer Segment: MSMEs - including manufacturers / traders of annual turnover between INR 1 crore and INR 100 crore

Job Responsibilities
• Reach out to the target customer segment (small &
medium size businesses)
• Make a sales pitch to the customers (on phone/virtual
demo / face to face as situation permits)
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert such leads
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and action them
• Achieve Sales targets - in terms of customer acquisition
• Help customers in onboarding to TimePay / Udaan Capital
products and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Receive customers feedback and accordingly share inputs
with product teams for improvement
