Sukhi is a digital SaaS platform that reduces workplace stress and strengthens team rapport for employers. The platform leverages pulse surveys and emotional sentiment analysis to measure the emotional wellbeing for employees and their teams, with specific attention to burnout, friendship, and self-care as it relates to diversity metrics. It then takes that data to recommend customized wellness journeys for employees and their teams. These plans include recorded and live workshops (all conducted remotely) conducted by our executive coaches, therapists, nutritionists, and yogis. Think of it as the Peloton for Emotional Wellness - data-driven solutions with live workshops from experts. For added value to the corporate clients, the enterprise software fosters employee engagement, identify at-risk populations to prevent burnout, as well as tie to ROI metrics. It ultimately increases employee engagement and satisfaction while reducing absenteeism, workplace stress, and overall attrition.
We are looking for head of software development to lead product development. You would come in at an early stage with the opportunity to enjoy the growth of a startup and shape its future. The chosen candidate will be working with our CEO directly.
Responsible for developing, defining, and owning Sukhi's product development, strategic vision, and tactical product roadmaps. Collaboration is paramount to the success of this role to ensure the development and execution of strategic product and analytical initiatives designed to achieve growth and stability goals.
Requirements:
You have at least 5+ year of full time experience in a hands on Product development role, and working with Laravel, React, SQL technologies.
