• Team & function building - Hire, manage, and grow the marketing team — currently 2 PMMs, 2 designers, and 1 marketing ops, with room to add content, demand gen, and other specialists as the function scales. Identify where to build in-house vs. bring in agencies or contractors, and manage those external relationships directly.

• Refine and evolve the CS operating model — segmentation, coverage, engagement cadences, health scoring, escalation frameworks
• Build and own the upsell, renewal, and QBR motions — turning customer success into a measurable revenue engine

• A 20-member demand engine (BDRs, Marketers, RevOps)
• 3 Account Executives
