Talent Acquisition Internship

We are looking for a final year student, young profesional trying to acquire a role in Talent acquisition, HR to be a part of Zenskar's HR team.

You will be working on some projects independently alongside the Talent Acquisition lead to build a founding team at Zenskar.

• Partner with the talent acquisition lead to build pipelines, source profiles
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
• Build candidate generation strategies (heavy emphasis on social media channels)
• Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system
• Assist in open enrollment procedures - Recrutiment drives in colleges
• Perform administrative tasks
• Work with HR to schedule posts and finding/creating content across social media platforms
• Help with additional ad hoc projects as needed

Key qualifications

• Current college student, Juniors or Seniors, (preferable majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration)
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Grit and curiosity to learn new topics in great depth.
• Not taking yourself too seriously :)
