We are building our founding team and are looking for folks who are excited to get their hands dirty in a 0 to 1 journey. You will work closely with the founders.
We are looking for a “full-stack” product marketer to lead and execute Zenskar's marketing goals. To the extent that you have bandwidth, we would love for you to get involved with content marketing as well, in addition to product marketing.
As the second member of our product marketing team, you'll need to possess a strong drive, take ownership of your work, and have an insatiable desire to take action and make things happen 🚀
You will partner with our product, sales, and design teams to build, launch, and drive adoption of Zenskar. You will also have the opportunity to help us build out the marketing foundation at Zenskar - from developing messaging and positioning to telling our customers’ stories, architecting campaigns, building out enablement resources, and more.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and message and ensuring that our marketing efforts are engaging and relevant to our target audience. You will be required to:
- Create content to convey the benefits of our products to various audiences in formats like product explainer video, custom feature demo videos, website, product updates, keeping in mind our ICP and buyer persona.
- Support the go-to-market plan with relevant product content creation and optimise for metrics like revenue, win rates, product launch metrics (trials/demos, content views, website traffic), adoption metrics, etc.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop impactful enablement resources, arm the sales team to better position us against competitors, and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle.
- Help drive deeper engagement with our product through a variety of educational content—blog posts, product tips, best practice guides, product demo video, and more.
- Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates an understanding of our customers’ needs.
- Explore and experiment to launch campaigns that span the web, community, social, email, ads, and other marketing channels.
- Write content to educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits.
📎 Key qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Experience creating recording video content cover technical product features.
- Passion for learning new products and industries - excited to dive into the nitty-gritty technical details.
- Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking without missing creativity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meaning you avoid enterprise jargon, can adapt to the brand voice, and write with the customer in mind.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and have a data-driven approach to your work.
- Experience leading and driving cross-functional initiatives, and also working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with extremely good follow-up skills, self-driven, and proactive.
- Self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic.
- Previous entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus.
- Not taking yourself too seriously :)

- Fixed: INR 12 – 19 lacs per annum
