HR Internship

🔥 About this role

We’re expanding our HR team and we are looking for someone who is looking to grow in the field of HR, you will be working in solving real time problems and get hands on experience of day to day tasks in recruitment, Ops, and Admin 🙂

• HR Ops: Updating, maintaining database, Assist in HR tasks lead by the team
• Admin: Organizing, researching, maintaining various artefacts for internal functions.
• Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, Outreach and follow up with candidates
• Engagement: Assist in planning and executing company events

📎 Key qualifications

• Final year students with at least 1 internship experience
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Motivated self-starter who likes a fast-paced work environment with multiple active projects.
• Self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic
• Previous entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus.
• Not taking yourself too seriously :)

💰 Compensation

• Fixed: INR 8,000 - 10,000 INR

🌏 Location

• Remote
• If you are based in Bangalore and you prefer coming to office in person, we have a physical space in Indiranagar (Your availability in Bangalore will be an add on)
