• Human Resources Strategy

Design, develop, and implement global HR strategies that support the company’s business goals and global expansion
Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and local regulations
Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance, particularly concerning global workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and employee retention strategies

• ERP Implementation & Migration:

Lead the end-to-end migration from an existing SQL-based ERP system to Odoo ERP.
Plan and oversee the migration process, ensuring data integrity and minimizing downtime.
Map and migrate master data, transactional data, and custom business processes to Odoo.
Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet business requirements.

• Automate Business Processes: Design, implement, and manage business process automations using off-the-shelf software solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Odoo ERP Implementation & Customization: Lead the deployment, customization, and integration of Odoo ERP to ensure seamless operation across all business functions.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with our mission to transform the aerospace aftermarkets space.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of skilled professionals in data engineering, AI, and automation.
