Nonnatech’s platform leverages machine learning and remote patient monitoring to predict early signs of patient deterioration. Our solution provides actionable insight to enable the identification of health issues before symptoms begin to appear, creating a pathway to lower level interventions, cost containment, and a reduction in avoidable hospitalizations. Our platform can be used independently or integrated with population health management platforms or disease management systems.
