In late 2021, we were acquired by Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT) for $1.275 billion with the goal of creating a centralized destination for consumers to manage their entire financial lives. As paying premium members more than doubled year-over-year in July 2022, we announced our new name, Rocket Money.
