• Global Onboarding Administration & Facilitation:

Own day-to-day logistics, scheduling, facilitator coordination, and primary point-of-contact support for global new hire onboarding across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
Confidently facilitate foundational onboarding sessions, both virtually and in-person, to welcome and orient new employees
Maintain onboarding platform content and support the long-term roadmap to transition onboarding into a more automated, dynamic experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers during the onboarding journey. Work cross-functionally with internal key stakeholders
Manage and maintain all onboarding program materials and platforms
