• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and daily operations for the Chairman while ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare for and take accurate minutes during meetings, ensuring follow-up.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards.
• General Ledger: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.

• Financial Management: ● Oversee all financial management functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong financial health. ● Manage the month-end closing of financial books, ensuring accurate financial statements and adherence to local and international accounting regulations. ● Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to enhance profitability and business growth.

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to set and execute the company’s strategic vision, operational goals, and long-term business plans.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the seamless functioning of departments including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
