Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, system administration, and experience with modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:

● Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle.
● Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
● Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
● Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes.
● Implement security best practices across all DevOps activities, including access controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance.
● Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises servers as needed.
● Automate operational processes with appropriate tools, scripting, or coding.
● Troubleshoot issues across the full stack - hardware, software, application, and network.
● Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
● Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
● Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
● Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).
● Proficient in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
● Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
● Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
● Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
● Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
● Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
● Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
