Job Overview:
Biocube is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize
the company’s operational functions. As the COO, you will work closely with the CEO and
other members of the leadership team to drive growth, scale operations, and improve
efficiency across multiple verticals. This role requires a seasoned operations leader with a
proven track record in managing complex business processes in a high-tech, innovationdriven
environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to set and execute the company’s strategic vision, operational goals, and long-term business plans.
2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the seamless functioning of departments including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
3. Process Optimization: Implement processes and best practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction across Biocube’s operations.
4. Technology Integration: Ensure that Biocube’s cutting-edge technology, including AIpowered biometric solutions and live data analytics, is integrated seamlessly into operational workflows across all departments.
5. Financial Oversight: Work with the CFO to ensure operations are running within budget and on track for revenue and profitability goals.
6. Product Development: Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to align the development and deployment of Biocube’s identity solutions with customer needs and market demands.
7. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly within the security, privacy, and identity verification domains.
8. Talent Management: Lead the development of high-performing teams by establishing clear goals, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
9. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure Biocube delivers top-tier service, and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various industries.
10. International Expansion: Support Biocube’s growth into new markets by leading expansion efforts, building operational frameworks, and ensuring smooth entry into global regions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: 10-15 years of executive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an operational role, ideally in technology, software, or SaaS companies.
3. Industry Expertise: Proven experience in industries such as biometrics, digital identity, cybersecurity, or AI-powered solutions is highly desirable.
4. Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a high-growth environment, with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency.
5. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
6. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with AI, biometrics, and data analytics solutions, and the ability to integrate these technologies into operational practices.
