We are a community-powered holding company on a mission to build an ecosystem of brands where the community has a real voice and a real stake. As a U.S. Public Benefit Corporation, our structure is designed for co-creation, not just consumption. We believe that the most resilient and beloved brands are built with their communities, not just for them. Our first venture is a next-generation Minecraft network that will serve as the launchpad for our model. From there, we will expand into new industries—from media to technology—by partnering with visionary leaders and empowering them to build their own companies under our umbrella.

Base runs your business. It connects to the tools you already use, lets you control everything from a plain English command bar, watches your business in the background, and surfaces what needs attention before you have to ask. The morning after a product launch, every founder hits the same wall. They suddenly need a CRM, a way to send contracts, financial visibility, a hiring process, a marketing setup, and more. The default is to spend weeks sourcing, signing up and configuring multiple tools. Running each tool separately means constant context switching and no unified view of what is happening. Base solves all of that in one place by replacing the entire stack with a single workspace, operated by a plain English command bar, with a single source of truth. Base has five layers 1. Setup. Base guides founders to the right tools and connects them via a secure login in under a minute. The Foundations module walks founders through every one-time setup task: DNS records, Google Search Console, social profiles, SEO basics, and email deliverability. 2. Orchestration. A single plain English command bar controls every connected tool. Type what you need and Base routes it to the correct tool and executes it after you confirm. The founder never has to switch tabs. 3. Company brain. All data from every connected tool is unified in one place. The dashboard shows live runway, MRR, pipeline, and headcount. Ask how the business is doing and get one plain English answer across Finance, CRM, Analytics, and Email. 4. Memory. Base logs every action, command, and significant event permanently. Every contract sent, every hire made, every investor update sent. The full history is searchable. When a founder raises funding, Base generates the data room from its memory. 5. Intelligence. Base compares key metrics against industry benchmarks for founders at the same stage. Runway, MRR growth, churn rate, and pipeline coverage are all benchmarked and interpreted in plain English.
