FlexPoint is the AI-native billing and accounts receivable platform built for managed service providers (MSPs) and the businesses they serve. MSPs lose real revenue to late payments, manual invoicing, and clunky AR processes. We fix that with end-to-end billing automation and AR Agents: autonomous AI agents that chase down late payments, answer billing questions, and keep cash flowing so MSPs can focus on running their business instead of chasing invoices. We're a small, fast-moving team building category-defining technology for an underserved market. MSPs manage billions in recurring revenue with outdated tools. We're changing that. If you want to build product that solves a real, painful problem for real businesses, and you like moving quickly with a team that ships, we'd love to talk.

DroidDepot is a provider-neutral managed robotics services company based in St. Petersburg, FL, and part of spARK Labs by ARK Invest. Businesses across Florida can't staff their cleaning, delivery, and material-handling shifts — and robot vendors sell them machines, not coverage. We sell the outcome instead: covered shifts with proof. DroidDepot selects the right robot for the site (we're not tied to any manufacturer), installs it, trains the staff, carries the insurance and maintenance, operates and teleoperates the fleet, and reports proof of work every week — one managed service, priced at about fifteen dollars an hour effective versus the labor it replaces, with no capex for the customer. Our pilot offer is a 90-Day Managed Proof: one site, one job, a flat capped fee, baseline and pass/fail metrics agreed before we start, and half the fee credited to Year 1 on conversion. Underneath the service sits Real2Robot, our proprietary layer that turns deployment and teleoperation evidence into simulation and training assets — every shift our fleet works makes the operation smarter and builds a data moat no single-OEM vendor can copy. We are pre-revenue and pre-pilot, bootstrapped and 100% founder-owned. That is the opportunity: the founding team is being built right now, and the first seats go to the operators who help land and run the first deployments.

The control plane for reusable AI capabilities across teams, tools, and models1-10 Employees

AI capabilities are spreading across companies faster than anyone can keep track of them. Teams are creating prompts, skills, instructions, agents, workflows, and tools across different models, repositories, and platforms, often with no shared view of what exists or which version people should actually use. Commonset gives organizations one place to see what AI capabilities exist, who owns them, where they came from, what changed, and which ones the organization actually trusts and uses. We’re building the management layer between the models and the organization: model-agnostic infrastructure for discovering, governing, distributing, and reusing AI capabilities without tying them to a single vendor. We’re early, moving quickly, and looking for people who want to help shape both the product and the company.
