SLSCRW helps deeptech companies turn great technology into commercial traction. A lot of deeptech companies have the same problem. They have strong technical teams, promising technology and a market that should exist, but building a full commercial team too early is expensive and often makes little sense. Because our people, tools and network are shared across several companies, we can provide senior commercial capability without every company having to build the same infrastructure itself. Olivings is a buyer-side property intelligence platform focused on helping individuals evaluate the real implications of owning residential property abroad. Buying property in another country often involves significant uncertainty around total ownership costs, local regulations, maintenance obligations, and practical living conditions. Most real estate platforms focus on discovery, but provide limited support for understanding what ownership would actually involve after purchase. Olivings addresses this gap by providing structured “reality checks” for individual property listings. By combining listing information with publicly available regional data such as tax regimes, ownership rules, cost benchmarks, and environmental factors, the platform generates independent insights into acquisition costs, ongoing expenses, legal signals, and lifestyle considerations. The company is currently focused on Southern European markets, where cross-border property purchases are common and information asymmetry is particularly high. Olivings is positioned as a complementary analytical layer for buyers rather than a property marketplace.
