Ohana Helps is building the technology layer for the home-services industry. We’re starting with handyman services, but this is much more than a handyman marketplace. We’re building a platform for both customers and independent service professionals: guided quoting, real appointment booking, payments, service history, scheduling, customer management, marketing tools, reviews, promotions, vendor business tools, AI, voice technology, automation, and more. There is significantly more technology behind Ohana than most people would expect. We already have a substantial product and codebase in place. Now I’m looking for the right CTO / Technical Cofounder to help turn it into a category-defining company. I’m not looking for someone who simply wants a developer job. I want a partner who wants to build, ship, lead, solve hard problems, recruit a strong engineering team, and take real ownership of the technology. Over the next 12–18 months, we need to strengthen the existing platform, dramatically improve the customer and vendor UI/UX, launch major new features, expand our AI and automation capabilities, improve infrastructure and reliability, and prepare the product for expansion throughout the U.S. Our goal is to build quickly enough and prove enough growth to put Ohana on a Series A trajectory next year. This is a genuine founding-level opportunity with up to 25% equity, depending on experience, commitment, role, and final structure.
