Instead of one monolithic model, a cooperative substrate of specialist brains that reach consensus before any sensitive action. Every action is written to a tamper-evident, cryptographically signed, post-quantum Open Audit Record you can verify offline for years. Sensitive actions are voice-biometric gated and reversible, keyed to hardware the operator holds. On top of it we have built the everyday tools a business runs on, email, CRM, help desk, collaboration, finance and more, as 87 studios of private, on-device AI. We launch with ten; the rest follow in sequence. The architecture is protected by 104 filed UK patent applications across 2,340 claims, owned outright. We serve defence, finance, government, healthcare and other regulated sectors that cannot send their data to the public cloud.
