Title: Founding Engineer – Full Stack (React + NodeJS + Typescript)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (India)
About ONI:
ONI is reimagining prenatal care by building the largest connected pregnancy cohort in the world. We’ve developed a clinical web app for OB-GYNs and a connected care program for mothers. With 28 hospitals signed and 30,000+ mothers in year one, we’re launching with real scale and real data. Long-term, ONI will serve the entire reproductive health journey—from pregnancy to postpartum to early childhood development.
What You’ll Do:
Ship product fast and reliably across our full-stack (React + NodeJS + Typescript).
Work with clinicians and real users to turn pain points into scalable features.
Contribute to the core product roadmap and influence early engineering decisions.
Build for scale: reliability, performance, and secure healthcare-grade data handling.
Lay the groundwork for predictive modules to help OB-GYNs detect preterm risks early.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 3–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer (React + NodeJS + Typescript).
Enjoy building 1→10 products in fast-moving teams.
Want high ownership and autonomy in a mission-driven healthtech startup.
Bonus: experience with healthtech, integrations with hospital systems, or AI/ML.
