What You’ll Own

Doctor Trust & Success (Primary Focus)

• Meet and engage OB-GYNs
• Build strong, personal relationships with doctors and clinic staff
• Understand:
  • Their practice
  • Patient flow
  • Pain points
• Support early onboarding and ensure meaningful engagement
• Help improve their visibility and positioning

👉 Success = Doctors trust ONI and see value in engaging with it

Mother Acquisition & Activation

• Work with partner doctors to onboard expecting mothers
• Build simple, effective patient engagement flows:
  • Social Media
  • Clinic-level onboarding
• Support early community building

👉 Success = Doctors start bringing patients onto ONI consistently, and ONI building the flow from social media

Ongoing: Doctor Success & Growth Enablement

• Continuously support doctors in:
  • Growing their practice
  • Improving patient engagement
• Strengthen ONI’s role as a long-term partner

Brand Building

• Capture real insights from doctors and patients
• Translate them into authentic content
• Help shape ONI’s voice:
  • Trustworthy
  • Warm
  • Credible

Founder’s Office

• Work directly with the founder on:
  • Strategy
  • On-ground insights
  • Growth experiments
