We are looking for a Sales Representative for one of our clients, operating in the aviation industry. The main business of the company is the trading of aircraft spare parts: they have been in operation for 10+ years, and are looking for someone who can provide assistance to the Commercial Manager with different activities (see below)
Location: Dubai, UAE. Candidates must have their own visa to be considered (e.g. spouse's, freelance, etc.)
Contract: freelance, subcontractor, part-time (potential to become full-time in the future).
MUST HAVEs:
• Previous experience in aviation sales and/or procurement (2+ years);
• Result-driven personality and can-do attitude;
• Fluent ENGLISH is a must, knowledge of ITALIAN is considered an advantage. Other languages are a plus.
• Teamworking skills, as the job will involve daily coordination with the Italian office.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Promptly respond to customers' requests by phone and email;
• Generate commercial offers under the guidance of the Commercial Manager;
• Communicate with foreign suppliers and issue purchase orders;
• Build good relationships with customers to ensure the smooth flow of work through the sales process;
• Register data in the CRM and ERP systems (training will be provided).
