Studio HR & Administration (Intern)

Backed by TheMoonDevs and founder Subhakar Tikkireddy, we are an early-phase AI-based film and music studio. We are building a collaborative ecosystem where developers, vibe-coders, musicians, and filmmakers come together to push the boundaries of creative technology.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative H.R. & Operations Intern to join our studio for a full-time, 40-hour/week internship. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing basic hiring, administrative duties, and helping to cultivate a high-energy culture for our creative and technical teams.

Core Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability in Assessing Skills (e.g., college fests, sales freelance).
• Proficiency in Excel and Notion.
• Strong writing abilities for internal and external communications.
• Highly responsible with a proactive, "get-it-done" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for creative and technical roles.
• Manage daily administrative tasks and organize internal documents using Notion.
• Track candidate pipelines and operational metrics using Excel.
• Draft clear, engaging job descriptions and internal updates.

Good to Haves

• A strong interest in AI tools and how they impact operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• A passion for Film or Music.

Compensation & Perks

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month during the internship.
