Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision-making across the business.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial data, and able to turn numbers into clear insights that support business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements, and management reports.
• Analyse financial data, budgets, forecasts, and business performance.
• Track key financial metrics and identify trends, variances, and areas of concern.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business and management decisions.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies.
• Work with other teams to gather and validate financial information.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
• Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a fintech, financial services, banking, or lending environment is an advantage.
