IT Engineer — Devices & Infrastructure

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Engineer to manage Rank’s company devices, user accounts and office IT infrastructure, ensuring devices are secure, properly configured, maintained and documented.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage company laptops and phones through MDM.
Set up, patch, secure and maintain devices.
Maintain accurate device inventory and handle lost/stolen devices.
Provide IT support to executives and staff.
Manage joiner, mover and leaver device/account access.
Administer identity, SSO, MFA and SaaS access.
Manage office network, VPN, printers and meeting-room technology.
Manage IT vendors and spare devices.
Support backups, business continuity and audit requirements.
Manage IT tickets and resolve recurring issues.

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in IT support, IT operations or systems administration.
Experience with MDM and Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.
Comfortable with macOS, Windows, iOS and Android.
Knowledge of networking basics.
Strong documentation and organisational skills.
Ability to support senior executives professionally.
Available for occasional out-of-hours support.

Nice to Have:

CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+
Jamf or Microsoft certifications
Bash, PowerShell or Python
EDR experience
CBN/NDPA audit experience
