At Alchemyst AI (Antler Global -backed), we're building Zemory, a context and memory engine for enterprise AI. Most AI systems today are smart but forgetful. They lose track of the user, the conversation, the company's own knowledge. Enterprises are pouring money into AI and then wondering why it doesn't feel intelligent in production. The missing piece is context.

We're hiring an Tech Sales Associate lead to take this story to the people who need to hear it.

What you'll actually do
→ Cold call CTOs, VPs of AI & Data, and Heads of Engineering (yes, cold call, and enjoy it)
→ Run demo calls and turn "interesting" into "let's pilot this"
→ Explain why context and memory are the real bottleneck in enterprise AI, in plain language anyone in the room can follow
→ Listen to a company's problem and spot the use case on the spot. No script, no waiting for a solutions team.
→ Connect deep tech to business outcomes: cost, accuracy, customer experience, speed
→ Build real relationships with CXOs. Not "touch base" relationships. Actual ones.

Who you are
→ Computer Science background. You don't need to write production code, but you need to understand how LLMs, RAG, agents and memory actually work.
→ You follow AI closely: new models, new trends, and more importantly, what's actually working in the real world
→ You can explain a vector database to a CFO and an ROI case to a CTO
→ Street smart. You read the room, pick up on what isn't being said, and adjust in real time.
→ Zero fear of senior people. A CXO is just another person with a problem you can solve.
→ You talk. A lot. And people like listening to you.
→ You understand why context matters, and you can make someone else feel it in under two minutes
