Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
• Build solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Develop and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar technologies.
• Build data ingestion, preprocessing, embedding, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external services.
• Develop scalable backend services and AI APIs using Python, Fast API, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
• Deploy AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and model governance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering / AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs such as Open AI, Azure Open AI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation.
• Strong SQL and database experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, model customization, or open-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, model monitoring, prompt/version management, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, or Azure AI Search.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and MLflow.
• Experience with enterprise AI implementations in banking, healthcare, telecom, retail, or other large-scale environments.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
